Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging, and must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  2. The item must show normal handling only. Damage caused by improper use or careless handling will not be accepted.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be properly cleaned before being returned.

  4. If the item arrived damaged or defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be approved during this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they appear to have been used, worn, or damaged through no fault of ELLIE JEWELRY.

How to Return an Order

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

Your email must include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)

  • Customer’s first and last name

  • Customer’s shipping address

Once we receive your request, our support team will provide you with the correct return address.

Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package, as this may not be the correct return location. The proper return address will be provided after your request is approved.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement under the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you or a designated third party receives the goods.

However, because our order processing system is fully automated, orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. For this reason, it may not be possible to cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform ELLIE JEWELRY of your decision through a clear statement, for example by email.

The withdrawal process will be completed once the returned goods have been received by us.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Orders Already in Transit

Because some of our products are shipped from international fulfillment centers, shipping times may occasionally be longer and outside of our direct control.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible until the package has been delivered. In this case, you may return the item after receiving it.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please send us the shipping confirmation or tracking information for the returned package.

Refund Process

If you withdraw from the purchase agreement and return the goods, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item and confirm the return conditions are met.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been agreed upon.

You will not be charged additional fees for the refund process.
